Having first started operating in 1778, Tooley's boat yard in Banbury Town centre is a historical site for the canal and river network.
Today Tooley's is the oldest operating dry dock on the UK Canal Network and includes a working; Forge, Dry Dock, Chanldery and RYA Training School.
With many of our students from North Oxford Marine Training taking an active interest in Inland Waterways & Canal Boating, we are pleased to be able to recommend Tooley's Boat Yard as our most local RYA Training Centre Neighbour that is able to offer RYA Inland Waterways Practical Courses.
